«Соберу детей и внуков под одной крышей»
О собственном доме и большом наделе земли телесваха мечтала давно. В этом году Роза решила – пора! Звезда «Давай поженимся» приобрела двадцать соток земли в ближнем Подмосковье, где планирует возвести роскошный дом для всей своей большой семьи.
– Если вы хотите хорошую пенсию, то думать о ней надо с момента получения первой зарплаты, – говорит Роза. – И о том, как проживать старость, думать надо тоже с определенного периода. У меня он наступил. Сейчас мне важно собрать детей и будущих внуков под одной крышей. Я прекрасно понимаю, что в лучшем случае у меня есть еще двадцать боевых лет. А потом мне хочется находиться рядом с внуками и детьми. Когда я буду болеть, они мне хоть чашку воды поднесут.
Роза решила не тратиться на уже построенные особняки и купила голый участок. Будущее имение Сябитовой располагается в тридцати километрах от МКАДа. По московским меркам это близко – за полчаса телеведущая сможет добраться до столицы.
– Когда я увидела голый участок – была в шоке! – рассказывает Роза. – Я же никогда не занималась такими вещами. Даже специально сделала видеозапись, чтобы будущим потомкам показать, какое там было чистое поле. И уже приступила к строительству. Пока у меня на участке – забор и гостевой домик.
С проектом основного дома Сябитова пока не определилась. Но возводить многоэтажные хоромы она не собирается.
– У меня будет нестандартный проект дома, – продолжает Роза. – Двухэтажный особняк мне не по силам. Я же старею. Подниматься на этажи и рисковать своей жизнью не хочется. Мой дом будет в английском стиле, больше в длину, чем в высоту. Я знаю, что многих моих коллег дурят строители. Строители, если видят, что у женщины нет мужчины, начинают наживаться. Но у меня прекрасно развита сермяжная практичность, которая передалась от бабушки. Я обратилась к друзьям, у которых есть свое строительство. Они будут мне помогать с работниками. Это мой хитрый ход!

«Шнуров – интеллигентный и нежный»
На стройку Роза планирует тратить все свои заработки. Благо проблем с деньгами у Сябитовой возникнуть не должно. Помимо «Давай поженимся», с нового сезона телесваха будет работать в новом телепроекте Сергея Шнурова «Про любовь», который вскоре стартует на Первом канале. От эксцентричного коллеги Роза в восторге.
– Мне с ним прекрасно, – восхищается Роза. – После первых съемок пребываю в некотором приятном недоумении. Сережа оказался просто потрясающим. Он интеллигентный, высокообразованный, нежный человек!
– Зато какой матерщинник! Не боитесь, что плохому научит? – интересуемся у Розы.
– Послушайте, я же в телевизоре тоже говорю буратиньим голосом, коверкая слова. Но это не значит, что я такая и в жизни. У каждого из нас есть некий образ, который мы должны нести. Кстати, Гузеева и Василиса о моей работе со Шнуровым пока не знают. Но думаю, что все будет хорошо, ревновать меня бессмысленно. Каждый делает свое дело.
Роза обещает, что на новоселье позовет всех звездных коллег. По ее словам, там будет, где развернуться. Помимо бассейна, детской площадки и зимнего сада, Сябитова планирует организовать на участке поле для гольфа. Этим видом спорта Сябитова увлеклась нынешним летом.
– После проекта «Без страховки» я поняла, что мне надо продолжать заниматься спортом, – рассуждает теледива. – К фитнесу я равнодушна. Это как зарядка, которую я и так делаю каждый день. Зимой мы ездили кататься с дочкой на горных лыжах. Мне понравилось. Но это рисковое удовольствие. Ломать конечности я больше не хочу. Поэтому остановилась на гольфе. Это отличная физическая нагрузка. И к тому же это спорт для богатых. У меня будет возможность во время занятий найти новых клиентов.
Помимо «Давай поженимся», с нового сезона телесваха будет работать в новом телепроекте Сергея Шнурова «Про любовь», который вскоре стартует на Первом канале.
